I’m Laura, Founder and CEO of Cake or Dice CIC. I created the space from the ground up because I wanted somewhere people could come and feel like they truly belong to a safe, welcoming place where they can just be themselves. I’ve got an organised but slightly chaotic brain thanks to ADHD, which means I’m always juggling a lot, but it helps me see what needs done and make it happen. I’m very much a muck in and get it done kind of person, whether that’s behind the scenes or on the shop floor. I’ve been told I bring supportive mum vibes, and I care a lot about the people at Cake or Dice, from the team to the wider community. You’ll usually find me in the office with a dog at my feet, or somewhere making sure everything’s running as it should.
